Can you explain the tech stack in more detail, including the front end and back end technologies used, as well as any libraries or packages?
Our front end is built using react and react native for the web and mobile apps. Our backend is built using Node.js. We use MongoDB for our database. You can check out our entire tech stack in the overview section of our documentation.
How can we add other payment methods?
You have access to the Stripe and Paypal payment gateways by default, but you can add more payment options.The logic in the backend and the mobile apps has to be changed.
Can this project be used for other similar solutions?
Yes, our platform allows for multiple verticals to be implemented by changing minor things. For instance, you can put any other item you like in place of food, this can be anything from grocery items to paid services like housekeeping or hairdressing. With this in mind you can use the platform to provide a completely different service to your customers apart from food delivery.
Does it support language localization?
Yes, we have incorporated multiple languages within the platform. Most popularly used languages are already available with more being added with time.
How is the order tracked?
The admin dashboard receives an order notification when one is placed, and from there, the order can be confirmed or declined. The user receives a push notification in their mobile app once the status has been changed. The user can track the order on the customer app.
Can you provide more details about the modules included in the solution, such as the web admin dashboard, super admin, and vendor portal? How customizable are these modules?
There are two main roles within the admin portal, the super admin dashboard and the vendor dashboard. The super admin dashboard is used to manage everything related to your delivery business, whereas the vendor dashboard allows vendors to manage their storefronts only. The modules are fully customizable, but will require modifications to the code.
Is everything up to date? Do we need to update anything soon?
Everything is up to date and we’ve used the latest technologies available, so you don’t need to update anything anytime soon.

Our complete documentation is already available. However, you will also receive access to our readme file once you purchase the backend.
